Scheduling

The Scheduling service is provided by Evolved to allow for a multitude of tasks from setting up an initial appointment for a patient to gathering all of the patients benefit and referring physician information. In this service one can search and sort through a variety of worklists, add or select patients, and view or create notes that will be tied directly with the patient’s record. The most commonly used functionality is described below:

• Making Appointments – Includes the ability to select an exam type, select an appointment time, select or add a patient, and select or add a referring physician
• Registering a Patient – Includes adding and editing patient data, working with Insurance Policies, and processing patient exams
• Exiting a Patient – Includes checking out a patient, printing patient receipts, collecting exam payment, and collecting non-procedural fees
• Reports – Includes a large reporting capability such as, referring physician reports, benefit plan reports, exam code reports, etc…

The Scheduling service has allowed Evolved clients to provide a more efficient patient and referring physician experience. Through the integration of all patient information into a single system the likelihood of error is greatly reduced. Additionally patient information is easily updated along with required modalities and personnel. Real-time up to date patient data allows for efficient flow of exams and avoids over or under-booking resources and equipment.
