Account Management
Your account manager is your trusted advisor, not just during the start-up phase but for the life of your Evolved solution. Our veteran account managers are typically former radiology/cardiology department managers who understand the issues from your perspective. With their many years of experience and in-depth product knowledge, they are your key to a powerful partnership with Evolved. Your account manager has responsibility, accountability and authority for all aspects of the partnership – especially helping you grow your business.

Project Management
Spearheading your digital evolution will be your Evolved project manager, a skilled professional whose job is to launch your new digital solution on time and on budget. This individual will set up timelines, coordinate with vendors and synchronize Evolved resources with those in your facility. Your project manager will oversee every step in your implementation, from workflow analysis through installation, final testing and training. Evolved project managers use Microsoft Project to map and monitor tasks, and they’ll meet with you regularly with progress updates, so you’ll know exactly what to expect at each phase of the process.

Workflow Analysis
The multifaceted workflow analysis team brings decades of experience in radiology/cardiology department management and technology. This team will conduct a site survey to understand your current workflow. In 1 to 2 days, they will interview your staff, clinicians, and referring physicians, then develop recommendations to optimize efficiency. Once you approve these recommendations, the team will plan your implementation.

Interface
Our eGate-certified interface engineers will link your current information systems with your new integrated imaging solution. This team will determine when, where and how your existing systems will communicate most effectively to maximize your workflow efficiency and information exchange.

Our engineers will analyze your current systems and data utilization, ask questions, write specifications and coordinate with your information systems suppliers. They will develop, install and test your interfaces, then maintain them for you within our world-class data center. After completing scores of interfaces, this team has worked with virtually every major information system, including McKesson, CPSI, Meditech and Cerner.

Network Design and Management
Cisco-certified network engineers will develop specifications for both your Local Area Network (LAN) and your Wide Area Network (WAN). Over these networks, your images will be distributed for interpretation, review, archiving and retrieval. Network design is truly an art and a science.

Our team will design your network configuration, analyze and plan capacity, develop routing rules, specify routers and switches, and even purchase them if you prefer. The team will order wide area circuits, oversee the installation, coordinate with your local cabling providers, ensure optimal configuration of your routers and switches, and conduct extensive testing. Then we’ll monitor and maintain your network for maximum performance around the clock.

System Integration and Staging
Our skillful system integrators will inspect all your networking, View2 and Process2 equipment at our location first. They will integrate all the software, configure and stage every component, and perform rigorous testing for quality and performance before deploying it to your facility. At every stage, there are quality checks.

Before shipping to you, the team will label and inventory every item. When the equipment arrives at your site, you know it will be functional, and our installation technicians will be able to locate, reassemble, and test each component quickly and efficiently, minimizing the installation time.

Installation
Our installation team has completed over 120 launches in North America. Beginning with needs analysis, preplanning, configuration and staging performed by the system integrators, these experts will work at your site to install and test your equipment, interface and network operation. Then, they will work end-to-end with each modality field service engineer and the Evolved PACS team. They will run a series of diagnostic tests and follow a detailed Quality Assurance checklist to insure a successful start-up. Typically, within 3 to 7 days from the start of the onsite equipment installation, your new system will go live.

Workflow and Applications Training
Evolving from a paper and film system to digital operation requires a mind shift for your staff and physicians. Our knowledgeable instructors will assess your needs and design customized training plans appropriate for your facilities. Intensive “train the trainer” classes are held regularly in our corporate offices to develop your own system “superusers.”

Next, experienced trainers come to your facilities to teach all your system users, including referring physicians. Within 3 to 5 days, your people will be up to speed, and we’ll test and track your staff for competency. Your designated in-house superusers will receive further specialized training in more complex areas, and later, you’ll be eligible to receive engaging refresher courses and upgrade training when needed.

PACS Administration
In the old way of converting to digital imaging, medical facilities were compelled to recruit expensive PACS Administrators to manage a host of technical functions within their facilities. But with the Evolved managed solution, you get a whole team of PACS Administrators—the best in the industry.

These specialists hone their skills by administering the largest enterprise PACS platform in the world – the Evolved Data Center. They will ensure every modality is properly integrated into your PACS network and ours, and they’ll optimize configuration for your needs. They’ll build and maintain routing and pre-fetching rules customized to your workflow requirements, and they’ll safeguard the integrity of your archived data. They can enable your modalities to automatically populate your Technician’s work list from your RIS/HIS order entry. What’s more, you can rely on their support and trouble-shooting whenever you need it, around the clock.

Systems Administration
Our multi-disciplinary system administrators manage the hardware and software in the Evolved world-class Data Center. These skilled professionals are certified in UNIX, Linux, Oracle, Veritas, Microsoft, Cisco, Hitachi, StorageTek, HSM, Sun and many other related areas. This dedicated crew will make sure your data, servers and applications are always available, secure, failsafe and fully redundant.

Applications Administration
Our application specialists manage software updates for all the enabling technologies that make your integrated imaging solution work. These team members are available to assist you in defining and loading new tables and files, adding functionality, integrating back reports, verifying data and making other day-to-day changes. These highly trained technicians ensure the reliability of all your applications and match functionality to your needs.

Support
Your support help-line is staffed 24/7/365 by knowledgeable engineers – no pagers, no voicemail's. Our thoroughly trained support engineers are there to answer your questions and listen to your requests. They will use advanced remote access tools to diagnose and solve your problems, usually with one phone call. System specialists are standing by if your issue is more complex, and for major challenges, we will access the development, interface, network, PACS, or integration team that built your system. When you need help, we’re here.

Software Engineering
This team unites product managers, business analysts and developers who constantly translate medical industry needs into solutions. Every quarter, we transform client requests into new functionality and features. We use a Change Request Management System to log and prioritize projects, and our Quality Assurance team employs the most in-depth testing techniques available, including unit, integration and regression testing as well as load testing to simulate volume and stress. When you need new system features, Evolved will hear you.
