View²
Our premier Picture Archive Communications System (PACS) unites radiology and cardiology on one web-based platform that’s easy to install and deploy. Authorized users can access the system from any PC at any site, with no extra cost and no need for special equipment.

Combining radiology and cardiology, View² offers high-resolution 3D viewing, plus two types of 2D viewing, both static and dynamic. For greater flexibility, information can be accessed either by workflow or by patient record. The scalable architecture facilitates future growth, and our reliable management and support ensure smooth performance.

Process²
The integrated workflow engine for radiology and cardiology tracks an exam from the initial order entry to the signed clinical report. It can link with virtually any hospital information system (HIS) to allow ADT, order and report exchange. Process² modules include: Reception, Technologist, Dictation/Sign, Transcription, Patient Access and Management Reports. The Dictation module links to Scribe², our web-delivered transcription platform/service.

Patient and order information feeds automatically into the Technologist work list, which tracks all aspects of the procedure. Dictation/Sign supports enterprise-wide reading and a variety of recording device options for report dictation and editing. Users can view historical patient records, demographics, orders, reports, cycle status and many other details. A total of 17 standard Management Reports provide strategic information on order queues and processing times.

Link²
Evolved uses advanced eGate technology to customize interfaces between your Evolved solution and your existing hospital information system (HIS). Your Link² interface optimizes communications with virtually any HIS, including McKesson, CPSI, Meditech and Cerner, to pass new orders and ADT into Process² and to receive completed reports and/or statuses from Process². Once your interface has been installed and tested, it will be maintained in the Evolved world-class Data Center.

Cycle²
Our intelligent business office engine handles patient registration, scheduling and billing for outpatient clinics. In addition to appointment management and resource availability for multiple facilities, it offers unique extras like prompts for screening questions and medical-related restrictions. Registration captures notes, documents, medical necessities check, Medicare waiver, policy and payer data, and patient demographics. Patient tracking monitors the patient’s process through a procedure, from Arrived to Receivable Created.

Cycle²’s easy navigation requires minimal keyboard entry to enhance productivity and communication. It integrates seamlessly with the Process² workflow manager and virtually any existing information system to provide a comprehensive data tracking solution.

Access²
Rapid web image distribution allows remote users such as radiologists and referring physicians to view radiology and cardiology images and data via the Internet. Authorized users can review images, reports and records from any location worldwide, using a standard PC. This greatly increases convenience, productivity and report turnaround time. Controlled access ensures security and privacy.

Scribe²
Our web-delivered transcription platform provides an enterprise solution for report dictation processing. This module delivers word processing capabilities, hot keys and spell checker. Transcribed reports feed automatically into the signing queue of the Process² workflow manager. When combined with our fully managed transcription service, you have a complete turnkey transcription solution.
